Discussion on Improving Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education Ability of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"All-round Education"
As an important part of the ideological and political education team in higher vocational colleges,the work ability of the counselors directly affects the quality of the talent system training.This paper analyzed the current situation of counselors'work in higher vocational colleges,combined the educational concept of"all-round education"with ideological and political education work,discussed the ways to improve the ideological and political education ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges,so as to further enhance the ideological and political education ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges,and build a professional and professional counselor team.
