摘要
2021 年,中国政府正式设立了第一批国家公园.武夷山国家公园作为其中之一,运营以来积累了许多宝贵经验.与此同时,也面临着经验不足、行政区划与自然生态割裂、区域协同立法困难重重等多方面问题.在分析问题的基础上,提出了一些解决的方案,可作为其他国家公园保护制度完善的理论参考,具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract
In 2021,the Chinese government officially established the first group of national parks.As one of them,Mount Wuyi Na-tional Park has accumulated a lot of valuable experience since its operation.At the same time,it is also faced with many problems,such as lack of experience,separation of administrative division from natural ecology,and difficulties in regional coordination legislation.On the basis of analyzing the problem,the article proposes some solutions and directions,which can serve as a theoretical reference for other na-tional parks and have important guiding significance.
