小学生特质情绪智力与校园欺凌的现状特点及其关系

摘要
校园欺凌一直是我国社会各界关注的热点问题.通过问卷调查法,以906名小学生为研究对象,考察小学生校园欺凌的特点及特质情绪智力与校园欺凌的关系.研究发现:小学校园存在欺凌行为,男孩遭受身体欺凌显著高于女孩;母亲具有研究生学历所遭受的言语欺凌显著高于母亲具有初中、高中、大学学历;特质情绪智力与校园欺凌及其各维度显著负相关,且情绪倾向、自尊、同伴关系显著预测校园欺凌.小学校园欺凌防治建议:切实关注男孩校园欺凌现象,提高男孩特质情绪智力;不可忽视高学历家庭孩子的情绪问题与行为问题;高度重视小学生的情绪倾向、自尊及同伴关系.
Abstract
School bullying has been a hot issue of concern from all walks of life in China.Through the questionnaire survey method,906 primary school students are used as the research object to investigate the characteristics of primary school bullying and the relation-ship between Traits Emotional Intelligence and school bullying.The results show that there are bullying behaviors in primary school.Boys were significantly higher than girls in physical bullying;Pupils whose mother have postgraduate degrees experience significantly higher levels of bullying than those whose mother have other degrees.Trait Emotional Intelligence and its dimensions were significantly negative-ly correlated with school bullying and its dimensions,and affective disposition,self-esteem and peer relationship were significantly pre-dictive of school bullying.Effective attention to the phenomenon of bullying in boys'schools to improve boys'Trait Emotional Intelligence.The emotional and behavioral problems of children in highly educated families cannot be ignored.A strong focus should be placed on e-motional disposition,self-esteem and peer relationships in primary school children.
