Research on the Influencing Factors of Investment Decision-making in Prefabricated Building Industry Bases Based on Evidence
Through the construction of 328 national-level prefabricated construction industry base information databases,combined with the investment decision-making mechanism,targeted research is carried out on the investment enterprises,urban distribution,eco-nomic level and climatic conditions of prefabricated construction industry bases.The research shows that as the development of prefabri-cated buildings in China gradually matures,the qualification conditions for national prefabricated building industry bases will increase year by year.Combined with data analysis,it is found that the main investors of the national prefabricated construction industry base are mainly enterprises of the nature of enterprises,and most of them are constructed in high social and economic level,high administrative level,and climatic conditions are distributed in severe cold areas and areas with hot summer and cold winter,which has a strong correlation with the gross domestic product of the city.According to the regular characteristics found in the research,policy suggestions are put forward in or-der to promote the overall rise of prefabricated buildings in my country.
