ABS材料光纤激光打标的工艺参数

Experimental Investigation on Marking Process Parameters of ABS Materials Using Fiber Laser

利用华之尊HZZ-M300 型光纤激光打标设备对白、黄、红和黑 4 种基底颜色的ABS树脂进行打标,研究不同打标功率(p)和打标速度(v)等打标参数下,激光打标后的效果和质量,并用超景深显微镜观察打标后的微观结构.实验结果表明:不同颜色基底的ABS材料,其激光打标性能不同,基底颜色较深的,其激光打标性能较好,较容易获得好的打标效果.因此,在实际生产应用中,应尽量选用深色基底的材料.同时,实验也得到了不同颜色基底的ABS材料的光纤激光打标工艺参数,能为它们的高效、高质量光纤激光打标提供一定的借鉴.
HZZ-M300 fiber laser marking equipment is used to mark ABS materials with four base colors of white,yellow,red and black,and the effect and quality of laser marking under different marking parameters such as marking power(p)and marking speed(v)are studied,and the microstructures of the marked workpieces surface are observed by high depth microscope.The experimental results show that the laser marking properties of ABS materials with different color substrates are different,and those with deeper color substrates have better laser marking properties,so it is easier to obtain good marking results.Therefore,in the actual production and application,the material with dark base should be selected as far as possible.At the same time,the fiber laser marking process parameters of ABS materials with dif-ferent color substrates are obtained,which can provide references for their high efficiency and high quality fiber laser marking.
