To explore the effect of FIFA11+comprehensive warm-up exercise in the teaching process of public sports football optional course in colleges,two men's football optional classes were divided into FIFA11+group and control group.The experimental period was 16 weeks,2 class hours per week,32 class hours in total;The subjects in the FIFA11+group received 20 minutes of FIFA11+exercise inter-vention for each preparation activity,while the control group received the same time and intensity of routine warm-up activity intervention.The physical fitness and football skills of the two groups of students were tested before and after the experiment.Results:(1)In terms of intra-group comparison,there were very significant differences in standing long jump,score value,Illinois running,dribbling around the pole before and after the exercise intervention in the same group(P<0.01).(2)In terms of inter group comparison,there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of 50 m running and set kick between the two groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).However,there was a significant difference in the standing long jump and score values between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the performance of Illinois running and dribbling around the pole(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:The 16-week FIFA11+exercise can significantly improve the explosive power of lower limbs,agility,balance and dribbling skills of ordinary students,and the improvement effect is better than the conventional warm-up activities.The college football optional course can promote FIFA11+exercise as a warm-up activity.
