摘要
将分析高校建筑工程管理中存在的问题、探讨管理要点,并提出优化措施,在高校开设建筑工程管理专业,对于培养相关领域的专业人才,推动建筑工程管理的创新和发展具有重要的意义.建筑工程管理是一个高度复杂的领域,需要在技术、资金、人力等多方面进行协调和管理.
Abstract
Construction engineering management is a highly complex field,which needs to coordinate and manage in technology,capi-tal,manpower and other aspects.Therefore,it is of great significance to open construction engineering management majors in colleges and universities to cultivate professional talents in related fields and promote the innovation and development of construction engineering man-agement.This paper will analyze the problems existing in the construction engineering management,discuss the key points of management,and put forward optimization measures,hoping to provide some useful references for the training of construction engineering management in China.
