系统功能语言学视角下新时代高校学报的高质量发展

摘要
高质量发展是新时代国家全面建设社会主义现代化的重大战略.高校学报是国家高质量发展的主要参与者之一,实现高质量发展是自身发展的目标.从高校学报高质量发展研究现状出发,从导向正确、新目标、新内容、新人才和新方法五个方面分析了高校学报高质量发展的主要内涵,接着从系统功能语言学话语范围、话语基调和话语方式三个理论视角,详细分析了新时代高校学报高质量发展的主要策略,包括实现其高质量发展遵循的原则、实施的有效举措、凝聚的多方力量、运用的科技手段、重视人才培养、重视国际化发展等具体方法.高校学报通过自身的高质量发展才能助力国家高质量发展,有力推动新时代社会主义现代化的实现.
Abstract
High-quality development is a major strategy for the country to comprehensively build socialist modernization in the new era.The university journal is one of the main participants in the country's high-quality development,and to achieve high-quality development is the goal of its own development.Starting from the research status of the high-quality development of university journal,this paper ana-lyzes the main connotation of the high-quality development of university journal from five aspects:correct orientation,new goals,new con-tents,new talents and new methods,and then analyzes the main strategies for the high-quality development of university journal in the new era from three theoretical perspectives:the field of discourse,the tenor of discourse and the mode of discourse.They include the prin-ciples,the effective measures,the forces,the use of scientific and technological means,the talent training,the international development and other specific methods.Only through its own high-quality development can university journal contribute to the high-quality develop-ment of the country and effectively promote the realization of socialist modernization in the new era.
