Influential Factors on Public Participation in Urban Management Using Digital Government Apps in Fujian:Taking the Example of"Handy Shots"
Building on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),this research expand the perceived interest factors that are conducive to stimulating citizens'motivation,and construct a model of the factors influencing the public's use of the digital government app"Handy Shots"to participate in urban management.In Fujian,the birthplace of Digital China,an empirical study was carried out along with the design of a questionnaire.Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived interest,and attitude all significantly and positively in-fluence willingness to use,which in turn significantly and positively influences usage behaviour.Based on the findings of the study,mea-sures are proposed in terms of achieving usefulness,ease of use,love of use,as well as increasing goodwill and satisfaction,with a view to increasing the public's willingness to use digital government apps to participate in urban management.
