基于BIM数字化模态的建筑室内空间优化设计

针对现有建筑室内空间优化设计方法存在的空间使用效率较低、空间适应度不足与噪音影响评分过高等问题,提出基于BIM数字化模态的建筑室内空间优化设计研究.应用Revit软件构造BIM模型,以BIM数字化模态信息为基础,提取建筑室内空间拓扑关系——空间拓扑连接图,确定建筑室内空间优化设计目标,应用衍生式设计方法——核心为改进遗传算法,通过不断迭代运算获取最佳的建筑室内空间优化设计方案,执行最佳优化设计方案即可实现研究目标.实验结果显示:提出方法应用后,建筑室内空间使用效率为 90%,空间适应度最大值为 0.95,噪音影响评分最小值为0.09.
Research on Optimal Design of Building Interior Space Based on BIM Digital Mode
Aiming at the problems of low space use efficiency,insufficient space fitness and high noise impact score of the existing op-timal design methods of building interior space,this paper proposes a research on the optimal design of building interior space based on BIM digital mode.Applying Revit software to construct BIM model,based on BIM digital modal information,extract the topological relation--spatial topological connection diagram of architectural interior space,determine the optimization design objectives of architectural inte-rior space,apply derivative design method--the core is to improve genetic algorithm,and obtain the best optimal design scheme of ar-chitectural interior space through continuous iterative operation.The research objective can be realized by implementing the optimal de-sign scheme.The experimental results show that after the proposed method is applied,the efficiency of indoor space use is 90%,the max-imum spatial fitness is 0.95,and the minimum noise impact score is 0.09.
