公费师范生共情与融合教育态度的关系:融合教育效能感的中介作用

摘要

为了探讨融合教育视域下公费师范生与融合教育态度的关系,以及融合教育效能感的中介作用,采用共情量表、融合教育效能感量表、融合教育态度量表对1984 名公费师范生进行调查.结果发现:公费师范生共情与融合教育效能感存在显著正相关,共情与融合教育态度存在显著正相关,融合教育效能感与融合教育态度存在显著正相关;共情显著正向预测公费师范生的融合教育态度;融合教育效能感在共情和融合教育态度之间起部分中介作用.

Abstract

To explore the relationship between empathy and attitude toward inclusive education,and the mediating role of teacher effi-cacy to implement inclusive practices,a total of 1984 Tuition-free Undergraduate Normal Students of Normal University filled out the scale of empathy,teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices,and attitudes toward inclusive education.The results showed that:empathy,attitude and teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices were significantly positively correlated;Empathy could directly predict attitude;Teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices played a mediating role between empathy and attitude.
