Relationship Between Empathy and Attitude Toward Inclusive Education Among Tuition-free Undergraduate Normal Students of Normal University:The Mediating Role of Teacher Efficacy to Implement Inclusive Practices
To explore the relationship between empathy and attitude toward inclusive education,and the mediating role of teacher effi-cacy to implement inclusive practices,a total of 1984 Tuition-free Undergraduate Normal Students of Normal University filled out the scale of empathy,teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices,and attitudes toward inclusive education.The results showed that:empathy,attitude and teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices were significantly positively correlated;Empathy could directly predict attitude;Teacher efficacy to implement inclusive practices played a mediating role between empathy and attitude.
