新时代高校赋能"一站式"学生社区高质量发展育人路径探析

摘要
"一站式"学生社区高质量发展是高校学生教育管理服务模式改革发展的重要抓手和实现途径."一站式"学生社区高质量发展作为推进"时代新人铸魂工程"的重要育人载体,高校需在党建引领、服务保障、文化浸润、学生参与等方面落细落实,通过凝聚育人合力、完善制度建设、推进阵地建设、促进师生交流、服务学生发展探索社区党建育人新模式;通过完善服务队伍、健全服务体系、推进信息化建设、强化反馈机制、完善考核评价机制提升社区服务育人质量;通过融合传统文化、地域文化和行业文化,打造社区特色文化育人体系;通过发挥学生主体作用,构建学生全程参与社区管理的长效机制等具体举措,着力构建富有学校特色的育人模式.
Abstract
The high-quality development of the"one-stop"student community is an important pathway to reform and develop college students'management service model."one-stop"student community,an important educational medium of"Soul Forging Project for New Generation",whose high-quality development should be guided by the Party and implemented in details of service guarantee,cultural in-filtration and student participation.By gathering strength to cultivate students,improving institutional construction and education field,promoting teacher-student exchanges,and better serving student,this paper is to explore a new and a better model of community party construction and education.By strengthening the service team,a sound service and informatization system,a feedback mechanism,and improved assessment and evaluation mechanism;Through the integration of traditional culture,regional culture and industry culture,we will create a cultural education system with community characteristics;By giving full play to the role of students as the main body and building a long-term mechanism for students to participate in community management throughout the whole process,we will strive to build an education model with school characteristics.
