数字化背景下高校党建数字化转型实践路径探析

摘要
信息技术的快速发展,尤其是云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代数字技术的广泛应用,标志着数字化转型正成为各行业进步的必经之路.在这一趋势下,高校作为培育人才、推动科研和提供社会服务的重要基地,其党的建设工作亟需与数字时代同步,实现数字化转型.基于此,通过剖析高校党建工作的现状,深入探讨高校党建数字化进程中遇到的挑战和问题,从而提出实现高校党建数字化可操作性的对策和路径,旨在为高校党建的创新和高质量发展提供新的视角和解决方案.
Abstract
The rapid development of information technology,especially the widespread application of new generation digital technolo-gies such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence,marks that digital transformation is becoming the only way to progress in various industries.Under this trend,as an important base for cultivating talents,promoting scientific research and providing social services,the party building work of universities needs to synchronize with the digital age and achieve digital transformation.By analyzing the cur-rent situation of party building in colleges and universities,this paper deeply discusses the challenges and problems encountered in the digitization process and puts forward countermeasures and paths to realize the operability of digitization,aiming at providing new perspec-tives and solutions for the innovation and high-quality development of party building in colleges and universities.
