摘要
利用4D场域系统,以一种直观的方式对政工队伍进行有效整合.通过了解每个团队成员的优劣特征,并结合4D场域系统的专业分析数据,有针对性地帮助每个政工干部制订自我提升计划,以实现整个政工队伍的职业化、专业化.
Abstract
Using the 4D field system,the ideological and political education team can be effectively integrated in an intuitive way.By understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each team member and combining the professional analysis data of the 4D field system,we can help each cadre to formulate a self-improvement plan in a targeted way,so as to realize the professionalism and specialization of the entire ideological and political education team.
