The Path of Cultivating Interdisciplinary Teaching Abilities for Education Masters under the Background of"Four New Construction"
Under the background of the"Four New Construction",interdisciplinary teaching ability is an indispensable ability for high-quality,compound,and innovative teachers.It is a new mission bestowed upon education masters by the times,a growth point for in-novative training models,and a necessary path to promote the transformation of thinking paradigms in the construction of education mas-ter's disciplines.The cultivation of interdisciplinary teaching ability for Master of Education should be based on the principle of upholding integrity and innovation.On the basis of adhering to a disciplinary stance and practical orientation,a system for cultivating interdisci-plinary teaching ability should be constructed.Guided by the basic education curriculum standards,an interdisciplinary curriculum system should be constructed;Establish an interdisciplinary mentor training team based on the concept of collaborative innovation;Empowering with digitization to build an interdisciplinary resource sharing system.
