不同电极材料下软土电渗效果试验

Experimental Study on Electroosmotic Effect of Soft Clay with Different Electrode Materials

为解决高含水量软土排水固结难度大、周期长的问题,采用材质不同、形状不同的电极进行电渗试验,并对比掺入不同含量碳纳米材料后的电渗排水效果.结果表明:铜、铁、铝和不锈钢四种电极中,铜电极电渗排水效果最佳,铝电极次之,而铁和不锈钢电极相对较差;电极与土的接触面积越大,电渗出水量就越多;对于不同材质的金属电极,碳纳米掺量过多或过少都不利于提高电渗效果,存在一个最优值:对于铜电极,碳纳米材料的最优掺入量约为 0.04%;而对于不锈钢电极,这个最优值大约为 0.08%.
In order to solve the problem of high water content soft soil drainage and consolidation difficulty and long period,electroos-motic tests were carried out with different materials and shapes of electrodes,and the electroosmotic drainage effects of different carbon nanomaterials were compared.The results show that the electroosmotic drainage effect of copper electrode is the best,followed by alu-minum electrode,while iron electrode and stainless steel electrode are relatively poor.The larger the contact area between the electrode and the soil,the more electric seepage water;For metal electrodes of different materials,too much or too little carbon nano-content is not conducive to improving the electroosmotic effect,and there is an optimal value.For copper electrode,the optimal amount of carbon nano-materials is about 0.04%.And for stainless steel electrodes,the optimal value is about 0.08%.
