摘要

六氟化硫(SF6)是常用的绝缘气体,其温室效应潜值是CO2 的23 900倍,对全球气候变暖有着不容忽视的作用.当前的SF6 回收过程中存在回收率、气室容积、回收气体量数据难以测定的困难.根据贝蒂——布里奇曼经验方程设计了一套SF6 气体在线检测方法及其配套的检测传感器.并利用重量法与已知容积容器对该方法进行了验证.结果表明方法测定的误差低于2%,能够做到准确快速的测定SF6 气体数据.可以为电力、环保相关行业相关从业人员提供参考.

Abstract

SF6 is a commonly used insulating gas for power equipment,and its greenhouse effect potential is 23 900 times that of CO2,which has a non-negligible effect on global warming.The current SF6 recovery process in power systems has difficulties in determining the recovery rate,gas chamber volume,and recovered gas volume data.In this paper,a set of power system SF6 gas online detection method and its supporting detection sensor are designed according to the Betty-Bridgman empirical equation.And the method was validated us-ing the weight method with a known volume container.The results show that the error of this method is less than 2%,and it is capable of accurate and rapid determination of SF6 gas data.It can provide a reference for related practitioners in the power industry.
