数字化转型对新三板制造业企业绩效的影响

摘要
以 1 796 家新三板制造业企业 2018-2022 年的数据为研究样本,利用Python程序对样本年报有关数字化等信息进行文本挖掘,探究数字化转型对中小制造业企业绩效的影响及作用机制.研究结果表明:企业实施数字化转型对提升企业绩效有正向影响,数字化转型能有效促进企业实施低成本战略,且低成本战略在数字化转型和企业绩效之间产生显著的中介效应.作为中小制造业企业应强化数字化转型意识,建立数字化人才培育长效机制,加速推进企业数字化转型升级,为实现国家经济高质量发展做贡献.
Abstract
This paper takes the data of 1796 new Third Board manufacturing enterprises from 2018-2022 as the research sample,using the python program,text mining of the sample report,explore the influence and function mechanism of digital transformation on the business performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry.The results show that the implementation of digital transforma-tion has a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise performance,digital transformation can effectively promote the implementation of low cost strategy,and low cost strategy has a significant intermediary effect between digital transformation and enterprise performance.As small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,they should strengthen the awareness of digital transformation,establish a long-term mechanism of digital talent cultivation,accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and make contributions to the realization of high-quality development of the national economy.
