摘要

为了进一步提升地方高校机电类专业创新应用型人才培养质量,面向机械设计制造及其自动化和机械电子工程专业,项目组提出"一平双线三阶"模式培养机电类学生创新应用能力."一平"即机电科技创新实践平台,"双线"即机电科创三创特色班和机电科创教学团队建设两条主线,"三阶"分别为"学科竞赛—大创训练—科研实践",通过进阶式三阶段培养高素质应用型创新人才.通过实践检验证明,该模式显著提升学生创新应用能力,在学科竞赛、大创项目、师生共创产学科研实践等方面,获得了丰硕教学成果.

Abstract

In order to further improve the quality of training innovative and applied talents of electromechanical majors in local univer-sities,the project team proposes a"one-level,two-line and three-step"model to cultivate innovative and applied abilities of electrome-chanical students for mechanical design,manufacturing and automation and mechanical and electronic engineering majors."One level"is the mechanical and electrical science and technology innovation and practice platform,"two lines"is the two main lines of mechanical and electrical science and technology innovation and special class and mechanical and electrical science and technology innovation teaching team construction,and"three steps"are as follows"Discipline Competition-Da Chuang Training-Scientific Research Practice",through the progressive three-stage cultivation of high-quality applied innovative talents.It has been proved through practical tests that the model significantly improves students'innovative application ability.Fruitful teaching results have been obtained in disciplinary competitions,grand creation projects,and faculty-student co-creation of industry-academia-research practices.
