摘要

基于不相干声源的声能叠加公式,提出司机室声源贡献量分析方法及流程.机车试制阶段,测试不同工况下的司机室声级,通过声能差值及声能密度计算,以声能密度百分比,确定动力设备、空调风扇、行驶风噪与轮轨噪声3 类主要声源的贡献量并排序.该方法可准确评估降噪方案有效性,并为制定降噪优化方案提供指导性原则.

Abstract

Based on the sound energy superposition formula of incoherent sound sources,we proposed a method and process for analyzing the contribution of the main sound sources in the driver′s cab.During the locomotive trial-manufacture stage,the sound level in the driver′s cab under different working conditions is tested.By calculating the sound energy difference and sound energy density,the contributions of three main sound sources,namely the noise of power equipment and air conditioning fans,running wind noise,and wheel-rail noise,are determined and ranked based on the percentage of sound energy density.This method can accurately evaluate the effectiveness of noise reduction schemes and provide guiding principles for developing noise reduction optimization schemes.
