In response to the upgrade and remanufacturing of the old Shenhua HXD2 locomotive during C5 repair,we evaluated the condition of the parts available and designed the remanufacturing parts to match the parts available from the locomotive overall parameters,electric transmission system,control system,braking system,carbody and bogie.Finally,we developed a locomotive remanufacturing technology plan on the basis of economy,reliability,adaptability and maintainability.
