Design and verification of body for a 4400 hp AC drive freight diesel locomotive
The paper introduces the structural characteristics and main parameters of body for a 4400 hp AC drive freight diesel locomotive,focusing on the design structure and functional characteristics of the main components such as the frame and cab,as well as the vibration and noise control levels of the frame air duct and cab;At the same time,finite element simulation calculations and experimental verification were carried out for the static strength,the structural safety strength and modal of the body,and the results show that the design meet requirements.
