基于辅助仲裁的列车中央控制单元冗余优化设计

以某新型列车控制监视系统的设计研发为依托,提出了一种适用于以单一车辆总线搭建的列车控制监视系统中央控制单元冗余优化设计方案,通过第三方可靠入网设备对互为冗余运行的2 个中央控制单元的系统主控权进行辅助仲裁,以此应对二者间独立仲裁无法解决的多种故障.同时,从提高列车运行安全的角度出发,论述了该方法在应对总线及设备故障时所进行的实际动作机理和影响效果,经实际与运用验证,该方法可在保证控制与监视系统运行稳定性的同时,有效提升冗余切换的高效性与准确性.
Redundant optimization design of train central control unit based on auxiliary arbitration
Based on the design and development of a new type of train control and monitoring system,a redundant optimization design scheme for the central control unit of a train control and monitoring system built on a single vehicle bus is proposed.Through third-party reliable network access equipment,the auxiliary arbitration of the system control rights of two redundant central control units are conducted to deal with various faults that cannot be solved by independent arbitration.At the same time,from the perspective of improving train operation safety,the actual action mechanism and effect of this method in dealing with bus and equipment failures are expounded.After practical verification,this method can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of redundant switching while ensuring the stability of control and monitoring system operation.
