摘要
为推进我国轨道交通产业关键技术研发及产业数字化,在HXN3 型高原内燃机车上开展PHM研究和系统应用,从需求分析、总体架构、物理架构、功能架构、逻辑架构等方面总结归纳了内燃机车PHM体系及关键技术.PHM系统的应用,能有效提高机车运行保障能力,推动国家铁路装备向运维智能化、全寿命周期成本最优化的高质量发展.
Abstract
In order to promote the research and development of key technologies and industrial digitization in China's rail transit industry,the research of PHM(Prognostics and Health Management)and system application were carried out on HXN3 plateau diesel locomotives.The PHM system and key technologies of diesel locomotives were summarized from the aspects of demand analysis,overall architecture,physical architecture,functional architecture,logical architecture,etc.The application of PHM system can effectively improve the locomotive operation guarantee capability,promote the high-quality development of national railway equipment towards intelligentization of operation and maintenance,and optimization of the entire life cycle cost.
