Strength analysis of key components in the bogie drive system of hydrogen fuel locomotive
The paper introduces the drive system of a high-power hydrogen fuel cell hybrid locomotive,and elaborates the design methods from three aspects of drive system characteristics,nose susupension axle box design and strength check,and axle box body design and strength check.The research results show that the drive system has a compact structure;the axle box body and nose suspension axle box,as key load-bearing components,have a reasonable design;the static and fatigue strength checks are qualified and meet the requirements.
