The paper introduces the test methods for five fireproofing evaluation indicators including flammability,ignition resistance,flame spread,smoke generation coefficient,and smoke toxicity.It analyzes the fireproofing requirements for materials used in locomotive and rolling stock in the ГОСТ standard system,providing a basis for the fireproofing design of materials used in overseas railway vehicles.
