The HXD2B locomotive isolation contactor is used for controlling the open/close of the main circuit input of the four-quadrant inverter and the secondary traction winding of the main transformer.When the isolation contactor gets stuck and the locomotive is unable to disconnect the main traction converter circuit normally during operation,which will cause a main circuit isolation fault.We analyzed the causes of the main circuit isolation fault caused by the isolation contactor,and proposed the corrective measures,which have good effect by on-site verification.
