针对滚轮轴承与常规轴承在结构型式与承载环境的区别,提出滚轮轴承载荷参数与承载能力问题,讨论了滚轮轴承有效额定载荷和最大允许载荷的计算方法.介绍了铁路机车基础制动装置制动夹钳单元的基本工作原理,并对滚轮轴承在典型机车制动夹钳单元中的实际运用进行了设计校核计算,结合铁路机车实际工作环境对轴承开展针对性试验,验证了滚轮轴承在机车基础制动装置实际工况环境下的应用可靠性.
Design and application of roller bearings in railway locomotive foundation brake gear
Aiming at the differences in structural types and load-bearing environments between roller bearings and conventional bearings,we proposed the load parameters and load-bearing capacity of roller bearings,and discussed the calculation methods for the effective rated load and maximum allowable load of roller bearings.The paper introduces the basic working principle of the brake caliper unit of the railway locomotive foundation brake gear,and the design,check and calculation of roller bearings in typical locomotive brake caliper units for the practical application.We conducted the targeted tests on the bearings in combination with the actual working environment of railway locomotives,which verifies the reliability of roller bearings in the actual working environment of locomotive foundation brake gear.
