The paper introduces the principle of notch acquisition for the master controller of HXD2 locomotives,elaborates on the relationship between the remote control unit RIOM1-AX module and the master controller,explains the failure principle of the AX power modules and the failure reasons of the AX acquisition circuits,as well as simulation and experimental verification.Through hardware improvements and software optimization,an optimized emergency strategy for the master controller has been provided,greatly improving the reliability and safety of the locomotive system.
