摘要

对HXD2B型机车辅助变流柜通风机存在的支撑体断裂等问题进行原因分析,将通风机结构进行了优化设计,同时对叶轮进行轻量化设计,以此来解决通风机存在的质量问题.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the causes of fractures in ventilator supports of auxiliary converter cabinet of HXD2B locomotive.The structure of ventilator has been optimized and the impeller has been designed for lightweight to solve the quality problems of the ventilator.
