介绍了一种柴油机机油状态监测的设计方法,利用机油在运用过程中存在的微导电性,通过放大电路将油介电常数进行信号转换和放大处理,并通过设备安装布置来监测柴油机机油的高、低油位以及运用中机油品质变化,并通过试验获取机油状态是否正常的临界指标.
Abstract
The paper introduces a design method of diesel engine oil condition monitoring.By utilizing the micro conductivity of oil during use,the oil dielectric constant is converted and amplified through an amplification circuit.And the high and low oil levels of diesel engine oil,as well as changes in oil quality during use,are monitored through equipment installation and layout.The critical indicators of whether the oil status is normal are obtained through experiments.
