摘要
针对HXD2 型机车存在的MVB线路故障问题,通过对MVB原理分析,结合生产制造,查找线路故障原因,制定了整车MVB网络测试方案,并通过现场测试,提出了对MVB线路近端串扰值的测量,为MVB故障排查提供了新的方法,方便机车检修.
Abstract
In response to the MVB line fault problem in the HXD2 locomotive,we formulated a whole vehicle MVB network test plan by analyzing the MVB principle and combining with manufacturing to identify the cause of the line faults.Through on-site testing,the measurement of the near end crosstalk value of the MVB line was proposed,providing a new method for MVB fault diagnosis,which facilitates locomotive maintenance.
