牵引电机绝缘状态的健康诊断策略研究

首先针对机车车辆2 种典型的牵引逆变器主电路建立了Simulink仿真模型,以牵引电机绝缘失效时电机剩磁产生的漏电流作为特征电量,探寻在线进行绝缘状态健康诊断的方法,仿真验证了该诊断策略的可行性.构建以ZynqTM UltraScale+多核处理器为核心的车载PHM板级系统,试验验证了该诊断策略的效果.
Health diagnosis strategies for insulation status of traction motors
Firstly,a Simulink simulation model was established for two typical traction inverter main circuits of rolling stocks.The leakage current generated by remanence of the traction motor during insulation failure was used as the characteristic electrical parameter to explore a method for online insulation health diagnosis.The feasibility of the diagnostic strategy was verified through simulation.Through building an onboard PHM board-level system with ZynqTM UltraScale+multi-core processor as the core,the effectiveness of the diagnostic strategy was verified experimentally.
