摘要

将基于WIFI的无线传感器网络技术和基于5G技术的远程数据传输应用到轨道车辆制动系统测试中,设计了可现场无线传输和远程共享传输的制动系统分布式测试系统.测试系统利用分布式无线传感器检测终端采集车辆运行过程中的相关信号,数据通过无线传感器网络传输到现场监控终端、通过无线智能网关经5G通信传输到数据中心,实现对试验数据的实时采集、显示、存储和共享.

Abstract

We applied wireless sensor network technology based on WIFI and remote data transmission based on 5G technology to the test of rail vehicle brake systems,and designed a distributed test system for brake systems that can be transmitted wirelessly on site and remotely shared.The test system utilizes distributed wireless sensor detection terminals to collect relevant signals during vehicle operation.The data are transmitted to the on-site monitoring terminal through wireless sensor networks,and to the data center through wireless intelligent gateways of 5G communication,achieving real-time collection,display,storage,and sharing of test data.
