基于车用天然气发动机的预燃室火花塞试验研究

在新排放法规的严格要求下,采用预燃室的点火方式能够有效地优化天然气发动机的经济性和燃烧特性.通过怠速工况稳定性、外特性工况点火性能、中低负荷工况废气再循环(EGR)率容忍度等一系列试验,研究预燃室火花塞在天然气发动机上的燃烧表现,确定了性能指标,与原机火花塞的燃烧表现进行对比,以便为后续的开发应用提供参考依据.试验结果表明,使用预燃室火花塞能够改善着火性能,优化发动机循环变动率,加快燃烧速率,减少爆震倾向,并且展现出降低气耗的优势.
Experimental Study on Pre-Chamber Spark Plug Based on Automotive Natural Gas Engine
Under the strict requirements of new emission regulations,adopting a pre-chamber ignition mode can effectively optimize the fuel economy and combustion characteristics of natural gas engines.Through a series of tests such as idle stability,tolerance of medium and low load EGR rate,and ignition performance of external characteristics,the combustion performance of pre-chamber spark plugs on natural gas engines was studied,and the performance indicators were determined.The combustion performance of pre-chamber spark plugs was compared with that of ordinary spark plugs,in order to provide reference for future development and application.The experimental results show that the use of pre-chamber spark plug can improve ignition performance,optimize engine cycle change rate,accelerate combustion rate,reduce knock tendency,and demonstrate the advantage of reducing gas consumption.
