Basic Research on Test Method for Inter Turn Withstand Voltage of Automotive Electromagnetic Coils
As the basic component of automotive electromagnetic actuators and various motors,the stability of the inter turn or inter layer voltage resistance index in the quality indicators of electromagnetic coils directly affects the operational reliability of electromagnetic actuator products.There are multiple methods for inter turn withstand voltage testing,and the influencing factors are also very com-plex.It selected typical coil products and compared the test results with different testing methods and environmental conditions to deter-mine the detection method with high efficiency and accurate defect detection in the production line,significantly improving product quality.
