Research on Design Optimization of Air-Air Cooler for Automotive
By optimizing the design of the header and tank to achieve the purpose of reducing the internal resistance of the charge air cooler.At the same time,the optimization of other charge air cooler sub-parts are displayed,and the analysis results are compared with professional simulation software,and the design optimization experience is summarized,which provides reference for the design and devel-opment of similar charge air coolers.
