柴油机达到国六排放法规要求的典型技术路线为柴油机氧化催化(DOC)+颗粒捕集器(DPF)+选择性催化还原(SCR)/氨逃逸催化器(ASC)技术方案.为了满足国六排放法规对NOx的限值要求,需要进一步提高尿素喷射量,这样增加了尿素在混合器内结晶的风险.后处理器内尿素混合器对尿素结晶影响较大,所以必须优化混合器结构以提升抗尿素结晶的能力.结合计算流体动力学(CFD)分析以及试验结果,针对性地对尿素混合器进行优化设计,结构设计完成后再一次进行CFD模拟计算,根据计算分析结果可以看出,优化设计的新混合器基本满足设计要求,确定了混合器结构方案,锁定了6.6 L国六柴油机方箱式后处理器的整体结构.
Optimization Analysis of Urea Mixer for China Ⅵ Post Processor
The typical technical route for diesel engine to meet China emission legislation stage Ⅵ is DOC+DPF+SCR/ASC technical scheme,which meets the emission limit of China emission legislation stage Ⅵ for NOx,it is necessary to further increase the amount of urea injection,which also increases the risk of urea crystallization in mixer.The urea mixer in box has a great impact on urea crystalli-zation,so it is necessary to optimize the structure of the mixer to improve the ability of resisting urea crystallization.Combined with the CFD analysis and test results,the urea mixer was optimized and the CFD simulation calculation was carried out again after the struc-tural design was completed.According to the calculation and analysis results,it can be seen that the optimized design of the new mixer basically meets the design requirement,and the structure scheme of the mixer was determined,locking the overall structure of the box-type post processor for 6.6 L China Ⅵ diesel engine.
