磁阻法计算高速电磁铁静特性的研究

提出一种新的电磁铁磁路计算方法(磁阻法),用来计算高速电磁铁中衔铁和铁芯磁场分布状况,并研究其对电磁铁性能的影响.计算结果表明,电磁铁衔铁厚度和铁芯内外圈面积之比对磁场分布和电磁力有很大影响,降低电磁铁总磁压降有利于提升静态电磁力.
A new electromagnetic resistance calculation method is proposed to calculate the magnetic field distribution of the armature and core in high speed electromagnets,and its impact on the performance of the electromagnet is studied.The calculation results indi-cate that the ratio of the thickness of the electromagnet armature to the area of the inner and outer rings has a significant impact on the magnetic field distribution and electromagnetic force.At the same time,it is pointed out that reducing the total magnetic pressure drop of the electromagnet is beneficial for improving the static electromagnetic force.
