Study on Anti-Bubble Disturbance Capability of Urea Quality Sensor in SCR After-Treatment System
Urea quality measurement is critical to ensuring high-efficiency SCR exhaust treatment efficacy.Bubbles during urea injec-tion or vehicle operation pose a challenge for precise detection.This dependency on importing from abroad for its core component tech-nology is thus pronounced.To address these typical issues,it introduces a product that employs a dual diagnostic strategy of ultrasonic and impedance techniques,with an improved sensor structure to enhance its anti-bubble disturbance capability.The testing results demonstrate that the new product significantly outperforms typical market competitors regarding its ability to resist bubble interference.
