摘要
基于有机朗肯循环(ORC)原理,针对车用内燃机余热回收系统,搭建了集成化试验台架并开展了台架综合性能试验,探究了内燃机余热回收ORC系统小型化优势和上车应用的潜力.结果表明:设计搭建的试验台架主体尺寸为800 mm × 750 mm × 620 mm,质量为200 kg左右,具有一定的小型化优势;ORC系统整体运行具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,在发动机转速为1300r/min、转矩为600N·m工况下,工质质量流量为0.171 6kg/s,蒸发压力达到1.26 MPa,膨胀机运行转速调整为1456r/min时,ORC系统的输出功率达到2.64 kW.
Abstract
An integrated testing bench of the miniaturized organic Rankine cycle(ORC)system was built for waste heat recovery of an automotive engine.The performance of the ORC system was experimentally studied,and its advantages and potential on-board application were analyzed.The results show that the main body size of the ORC system is 800 mm × 750 mm × 620 mm,and the weight is about 200 kg,which has certain miniaturization advan-tages.The overall operation of the ORC system has good stability and reliability.When the engine speed is 1 300 r/min and the engine torque is 600 N·m,the mass flow rate of the working fluid reaches 0.171 6 kg/s,the evaporation pressure reaches 1.26 MPa,and the operating speed of the expander is adjusted to 1 456 r/min.As a re-sult,the output power of the ORC system reaches 2.64 kW.
