为保障渭河安澜和促进秋汛洪水利用,分析总结了渭河秋汛洪水特征及2021年水库防洪调度效果,分析结果表明:华县站(1935-2022年系列)年最大洪水出现在处暑后秋汛洪水的经验频率为43。8%;秋汛强连阴雨可分为短期、中期和长期3类,雨区分布包括2类6型:斜向类的四边型、三角型和对角型,纬向类的纬北型、纬中型和纬南型;2021年秋汛洪水历时836。5小时、洪量55。82亿m3,仅小于"64·9"洪水和"03·8"洪水;冯家山水库和黑河金盆水库对2021年秋汛洪水分别削减洪峰40。2%~94。2%和28。3%~44。9%。总结秋汛洪水防御经验启示,提出了补工程短板、注重洪水资源利用、改善河道条件等措施建议。
Characteristic analysis of autumn floods and flood control regulation in the Weihe River
To ensure the safety of the Weihe River and promote the utilization of autumn flood waters,the characteristics of the autumn floods in the Weihe River and the effect of flood control operation of reservoirs in 2021 were analyzed and summarized.the analysis results show that The empirical frequency of the autumn flood with the annual maximum flood at Huaxian Station(1935-2022 series)occurring after the End of heat is 43.8%;The heavy continuous rain that causes autumn floods in Weihe River can be classified into three cate-gories:short-term,medium-term and long-term,and there are 6 types of 2 categories of the distribution of rainfall areas,which including quadrilateral,triangular,and diagonal types in oblique classes,and latitudinal north,medium,and southern types of latitudinal classes;The 2021 autumn flood at Huaxian Hydrometric Sta-tion in Weihe River in 2021 lasted for 836.5 hours and had the flood volume of 5.582 billion m3,which was only less than"64.9"and"03.8"floods;Fengjiashan reservoir and Heihe Jinpen reservoir reduced the flood peak by 40.2%to 94.2%and 28.3%to 44.9%respectively in 2021 autumn flood.In addition,based on the experience and enlightenment of autumn flood prevention,measures and suggestions such as making up or re-pairing the engineering,emphasizing the utilization of flood resources and improving river conditions are pro-posed.
