若尔盖草原生态系统服务价值评估与保护对策

为保护黄河上游最重要的水源涵养地之一——若尔盖高寒湿地草原,构建若尔盖草原生态系统综合评估体系,定量评估其生态系统服务价值并提出相应保护对策。结果表明:若尔盖草原生态系统服务功能重要性等级为中等以上的区域占比达90。86%,其中水源涵养功能重要性最高;生态系统质量等级为中等和良好的区域占比达84。85%;生态保护重要性等级为中等以上的区域占比达96。58%;生态环境敏感性等级为中敏感及以上的区域占比87。31%;生态系统恢复潜力等级为较弱和一般等级的区域占比86。79%。因此,亟需开展山水林田湖草沙冰一体化保护和修复工作。建立以水源涵养为导向的生态价值实现机制,推进黄河国家文化公园和相关生态项目建设,推动若尔盖生态和文化协同保护。
Evaluation of ecosystem service values and protection countermeasures of grasslands in the Ruoergai Plateau
To protect the alpine wetlands in the Ruoergai Plateau,one of the most important water source conservation area in the upper reach of the Yellow River,a comprehensive assessment system for the Ruoergai Plateau grassland ecosystem has been constructed,and the values of its ecosystem service is assessed quantitatively,corresponding protection countermeasures are proposed.The results show that there are 90.86%of the areas with a moderate or higher level of importance in the service function of the grassland ecosystem in Ruoergai Plateau,where the importance of water source conservation function is highest;there are 84.85%of the areas with moderate and good ecosystem quality levels,96.58%of areas with the medium,important and very important levels of the ecological conservation importance,87.31%of the areas with the medium or above levels of the ecological environment sensitivity,and 86.79%of the areas with the weak and fair levels of the restoration potential in the Ruoergai Plateau.Therefore,there is an urgent need to carry out integrated protection and restoration of mountains,water,forests,fields,lakes,grasses,sand and ice.It is necessary to establish an ecological value realization mechanism guided by water conservation,to promote the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park and related ecological projects,and to promote synergistic protection of Ruoergai's ecology and culture.
