The Impact of Social Capital and Human Capital on College Students'Return to Their Hometowns for Employment——Mechanism of Mediation Based on Tolerance of Uncertainty
A theoretical model was constructed to investigate how social capital and human capital were related to college students'return to their hometowns for employment,and the mediating effect of tolerance of uncertainty was explored.On the basis of the model mentioned above,an empirical analysis was conducted with 456 valid samples tested by means of stepwise regression and structural equation.It has been found that both social capital and human capital positively affect college students'return to their hometowns for employment,in which the effect of human capital is more significant,and that the tolerance of uncertainty partially mediates such relationship.The findings of this study not only have interpreted from the perspective of uncertainty theory the underlying roles of relationships and abilities,but have also offered enlightenment from the aspect of practice on college students'return to their hometowns for employment and on all-round rural vitalization.
