摘要

选取前插式曲柄摇杆移栽机构为研究对象,利用几何学和数值分析方法对该机构进行运动学分析,并建立数学模型;利用MATLAB 2010编制辅助分析软件,针对秧苗移栽的轨迹要求利用所编制的软件进行机构的优化设计,得到1组优化参数.利用SOLIDWORKS 2020构建该机构的三维实体模型,并通过多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS 2013进行虚拟样机仿真试验,经验证,试验结果与理论分析结果吻合,误差在合理范围内,即所设计的前插式曲柄摇杆移栽机构合理、准确.研究结果为后续样机试制提供了理论依据.

Abstract

In this paper,the seedling transplanter with a horizontally structured crank-rocker was studied and analyzed from the perspective of kinematics by means of geometry and numerical analysis,and a mathematical model was established.With the analysis software programmed by MATLAB 2010,the design of this mechanism was improved according to the requirements of the seedling transplanting trajectory,and a set of optimized parameters was obtained.A three-dimensional solid model of such mechanism was constructed with SOLIDWORKS 2020 and a virtual simulation experiment was conducted by ADAMS 2013.It has been verified that the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,and the error is within a reasonable range,proving that the design of the mechanism is sound and accurate,which provides a theoretical basis for the trial production of a sample machine.
