With the continuous expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges,the contradiction between the actual number of public housing units and the demand for space for teaching,research and living has become prominent.Through a questionnaire survey,factors affecting the performance of public housing use in higher vocational colleges were abstracted through factor analysis,and the importance of such factors was determined with a structural equation.Based on this,effective suggestions were put forward.
