摘要
南通市物流业、制造业发展态势较好,且在一定程度上实现了低碳融合发展,但仍存在政府引导和政策约束不足、两业联动不足、物流业运作效率不高、碳中和专业人才缺乏等问题.政府、园区、行业企业和院校发挥各自作用并建立协调联动机制,有助于促进南通市物流业、制造业的低碳融合发展.
Abstract
Although the development of logistics and manufacturing industries in Nantong is in good condition and has reached the low-carbon goal to a certain extent,there are problems such as inadequate government guidance and police restrictions,insufficient interaction between the two industries,inefficient logistics operation,and a shortage of professionals in carbon neutrality.By playing their respective roles and establishing a coupling mechanism,all the parties,including the government,industrial parks,enterprises,as well as universities and colleges,will contribute to the low-carbon integrated development.
