By determining the legal nature of E-sports hotels as a new business form of accommodation,this paper analyzed the problems that such hotels currently face,including slow regulation due to unclear basis,chaotic regulation resulting from the ambiguity of the power and duties of entities,and homogenization of regulation owing to the lack of attention to the particularity of such hotels.In order to facilitate the healthy and sustainable development of E-sports hotels,this paper proposed to perfect the regulation from the aspects of regulatory basis,entities,and priorities.
