摘要

随着信息技术的快速发展,船舶驾驶模拟器技术日趋成熟,使用驾驶模拟器实施内河船员实际操作考试已成为常态.在分析目前运用驾驶模拟器实施内河船员实际操作考试存在的难度低、效果差等方面不足的基础上,提出了构建实操考试标准化方案的思路和原则,通过采取统一考试场景库、统一船舶模型的操纵性能、统一应急处置设计、规范模拟器后台管理、规范评估员评判尺度等措施,建立标准化考试方案,规范船员实际操作考试,运用现代信息化技术手段提升考试质量,更好地为内河航运甄选合格船员.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology,ship handling simulator technology is be-coming more and more mature,and the use of ship hanlding simulators to implement the practical operation test for inland waterway crew has become the norm.On the basis of analyzing the deficiencies of low difficulty and poor effect in the implementation of inland waterway crew practical operation examination by ship hanlding simu-lator,the idea and principle of constructing a standardized program for practical operation test are put forward to establish a standardized test program by adopting measures such as unifying the test scenario library,unifying the maneuvering performance of a ship's model,unifying the design of emergency disposal,standardizing the back-stage management of the simulator,and standardizing benchmark evaluator's judgment,based on which a stan-dardized test scheme is established to normalize crew's practical test.Modern information technology is applied to improve the quality of the test,and better selects qualified crew for inland waterway shipping.
