多旋翼无人机挂载装置设计及平衡性研究

无人机飞行时,安装设备及挂载物品很可能会发生滑移,造成无人机重心的偏移,影响飞行稳定性.因此设计一种多旋翼无人机挂载装置,通过设置连接板、连接槽、防护杆、放置板、夹持板、支撑杆、连接杆等结构,稳定和保护挂载设备.经试验验证,安装挂载装置后,无人机俯仰角、滚转角、偏航角超调量分别减小了 14.7%、50.3%、34.5%,对应的姿态稳定时间分别缩短了 0.055 s、0.065 s、0.055 s,飞行姿态更加平稳,调整过程更加迅速,为无人机的挂载设计提供了一定的参考.
Study on the Design and Balance of Multi-Rotor UAV Mounting Device
When the drone is in flight,the installation equipment and mounted items are likely to slip,caus-ing the center of gravity of the drone to shift and affect flight stability.Therefore,a multi-rotor UAV mounting device is designed to stabilize and protect the mounting equipment by setting up connecting plates,connecting slots,protective rods,placement plates,clamping plates,support rods,connecting rods,and other structures.The test verified that after installing the mounting device,the overshooting of the UAV's pitch angle,roll angle,and yaw angle were reduced by 14.7%,50.3%,and 34.5%,respectively,and the corresponding attitude stabilization time was shortened by 0.055 s,0.065 s and 0.055 s and the flight attitude was more stable and the adjustment process was faster,which provided some reference for UAV mounting design.
